At Furnicrafted Spaces, we take pride in delivering carefully crafted furniture. Since most of our products are large furniture items and may include made-to-order pieces, our return and refund policy is structured to ensure fairness and product integrity.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product is unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging
  • All tags, parts, manuals, and accessories are intact

Returns requested beyond 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or made-to-order furniture
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or incorrect installation
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish (which may occur due to lighting or screen display differences)
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Clearance or discounted products (unless damaged at delivery)

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return request:

  1. Email us at support@furnicraftedspaces.com within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Include your order number and a clear description of the issue
  3. Attach clear photos and/or unboxing video showing the damage or defect

Our team will review your request within 24–48 business hours.

If approved, we will arrange a return pickup (where serviceable) or provide further instructions.


4. Replacement Policy

  • Eligible products may be approved for replacement instead of refund.
  • Replacements are subject to stock availability.
  • Delivery timelines for replacement items may vary depending on product availability and location within Maharashtra.

5. Refund Process

Refunds will be initiated only after:

  • The returned product is received (if applicable)
  • A quality inspection is completed and approved

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping, handling, or installation charges (if any) are non-refundable.


6. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch without penalty.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not permitted.
  • Customized or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has started.

7. Damaged Delivery Procedure

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Record an unboxing video (strongly recommended)
  • Report the issue within 48 hours
  • Do not dispose of original packaging materials

Failure to follow these steps may result in rejection of the claim.


8. Important Notes

  • Furnicrafted Spaces reserves the right to decline return or refund requests that do not meet the above conditions.
  • All decisions regarding returns, replacements, and refunds will be final after inspection.
